Servana handles the matching, the confirmation and the record-keeping. Here is the whole journey, step by step.
Choose a service
Search for what you need or browse by category. Each service shows what it covers, so you can tell whether it is the right one before you go further.
Set the address and the time
Enter the address in ordinary words — Servana works out the location details. Pick a date and time that suits you.
You never need to know coordinates, postcodes or map identifiers.
Review and confirm
You see the service, the options, any add-ons and the total before anything is submitted. Nothing is booked until you confirm.
Servana assigns a professional
A provider who covers your area and is qualified for the work is assigned to your booking.
They accept, and it is confirmed
The booking is confirmed once the professional accepts it — not when you submit it. You can see who has been assigned.
This is the step most platforms skip over. A request and a confirmed booking are different things.
Track it through and rate the work
Follow the booking from confirmation to completion, message about access or timing, and leave feedback afterwards.
